Welcome to BRUGG Poland - About us

BRUGG steel wire ropes are the sole representative of the wiss brands: Brugg elevator ropes and Fatzer structural ropes. We offer a full range of all three types of elevator ropes: steel ropes with a fiber or steel core, coated ropes and belts. Depending on the order, the ropes are cut into lengths and we press threaded swaged socket as rope ends. We also offer fully locked coil ropes galvanized or stainless steel, as well as HDPE coated. We also offer assembly of the FLC ropes at the construction site, as well as the production and rental of assembly tools. We also make shrinkage of the HDPE shrink sleeves for rope ends. We are a producer of rope slings, including endless slings Grummet. We make chain slings in grade 8, 10 or 12. We also offer polyester hose and belt slings. Our engineering office designs, and the production and workshop department makes traverses for the client's special needs. Our offer in lifting technique is complemented by shackles, fastening points, turnbuckles, rope clamps, etc. Our controllers perform periodic tests of slings and hoists as well as their maintenance, service and repairs both at the customer's and ours. We carry out conformity assessment adapting transport accessories to the requirements of EU directives. Our sales range is complemented by comprehensive technical advice and training offers.

Our structural ropes: innovative, sophisticated and ready to install

We process high-tensile precision steel wire into ropes with diameters of up to 135 mm and assemble them with shapely end connections and our HYEND fork heads. The assembled ropes are delivered ready for installation to their destination.

Road Bridges

Thanks to the ready-to-install assembly of our high-tensile steel wire ropes, large spans can be realized within a very short time.

Stadium and hall roofs

Our high-tensile steel wire ropes allow imposing, light-weight roof structures for stadia and event halls with minimal use of material. Flexible ropes offer various advantages over rigid structures.

Glass Facades

The aesthetic architecture is accentuated by steel wire ropes from FATZER. HYEND open sockets can be adjusted internally. This is obviating the need for large turnbuckles whilst elegantly balancing out structural tolerances from steel and concrete.

Footbridges

Rope supported bridges are spectacular. Our swiss quality ropes guarantee safety and our comprehensive range of services right up to completion results in significant cost savings.
